Census Tract Demographics, Tract Locator, and Maps- Zip Code Finder Too! Data from Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council includes current population and family income estimates, and one click access to census tract map. Enter info in the form and click "Find". If you don't know the zip code, leave it blank. If the address is right, results will give you the zip. This system requires that you enter a street address along with either a city and state OR a zip code.
Most recent estimates from the Census Bureau for every populated place in the US over 10,000 population.

Current population estimates for every municipality in the state. It's a 15 page .pdf file, so be patient. If you don't already
